Exercise is an important part to every ones quality of life, no matter your age. Meg Ferlin, Juniper Village's Connections Director, leads our residents in a new type of exercise, that has really got the residents excited! Every Monday morning, Meg instructs her very own, "noodle" exercise. Meg teaches water aquatic exercise and has incorporated what she teaches in the water...to an exercise class on dry land! Set to Hawaiian music, the noodle exercise is not only relaxing, but improves range of motion and circulation. Stop in each and every Monday morning at 10am and make your own splash for the day!
